The goal of this project is to create a separate living space and craft space. By utilizing existing circulation space along with closets and a bedroom, Renovations will create an open craft area that can double as a living area. The adjacent bathroom will be made larger to be more functional. Follow this transformation.
This is the second major project Renovations has engaged for this client. The first was a very successful kitchen redesign and build. The clients wanted to expand their living room and master suite by claiming the space in the garage. The main home entry was relocated; the garage reclaimed for living space and a new garage is being constructed. Watch how this transforms.
This beauty of this home and its mountain vistas spoke to our clients the first time they saw it, after several visits, they decided that if they keep coming back, this must be the house for them. Having lived in the home for a number of years now, and being in love with it still, they decided it was time to plan for the future. Aging in place and clean-ability were two of the goals of the project. The tired old soaking tub and two windows were removed and the shower was enlarged, a bench seat was designed into the new shower. Watch for more to come.
Our goal on this project was to create a clean, simple and appealing serving area for an artist studio, the artist in residence hosts multiple events throughout the year and needed a serving and clean-up area that was not only functional, but, visually appealing as well.

Having chosen this home as a retreat for friends and family, the owners knew they wanted to finish the basement to create more private guest quarters and a place to entertain or cozy up with a good book. The unfinished walkout basement gave them an excellent opportunity to accomplish all the above. The wine storage room design might just be my favorite! Check back for the finished pictures.

This couple just purchased this home as they moved to Prescott. They are a delightful addition to our community and Renovations helped them create an open look to their kitchen while refreshing the counters, and floors, and adjusting the layout to make the kitchen function better for their needs. This project began when the homeowners wanted to build a guest suite on their home. The existing home and sloping lot made the choice to add on top of the single story garage a simple one. With one bedroom, a single bath, and living room space, this project resulted in a space the owner enjoys as well as guests. Oh, did I mention the view was killer from the top of the old garage roof?
